What salad dressings do you recommend to keep a salad healthy?

CHI:  Salad dressings in a store have a long shelf life. They’re on the shelf because they’re literally preservatives. They’re processed. So why would you think it’s good for your body when you can make your own right. Use fruits and vegetables to create our own dressings. Things like avocado. Avocado is creamy and is one of the things that can give you that healthy fat. Lemon. Lemon is really good for modulating your blood sugar.

TFAL: Olive oil. Olive oil when added to vegetables actually helps your body absorb nutrients better.
