Everyone wants to believe they have a purpose on this Earth. Necole Kane certainly believed she had a calling to do some good in this life. After working in the media for several years and transitioning to the CEO of xoNecole, Kane decided to start a new chapter in her life. Recently, Kane stepped away from the company she built from the ground up. In 2021, she transitioned into the health and wellness business, finding her true purpose in life.
Furthermore, Kane launched her new start-up company My Happy Flo, which comes as her new plant-based pain relief supplement brand. Like any woman living on Earth, Necole Kane understands the struggle women go through with their menstrual cycle. While some women have light flows, others have heavy ones.
Women nearing menopause especially have the worse of it. Even worse, Black women are at a higher risk of developing serious health issues such as uterine fibroids. Fortunately, Necole Kane’s My Happy Flo puts all that to an end.

On October 19th of this year, media personality and social media influencer Necole Kane stepped down from her position as CEO of xoNecole. Having built the company from the ground up, it was difficult for Kane to walk away. Rather than focusing on the negative though, she considered the change a positive. After all, it gave birth to her new brand, My Happy Flo.
One door closed, but another opened for Kane. AfroTech originally reported that Kane’s new brand My Happy Flo has major plans to educate women about their menstrual cycles and take preventive measures against health scares.
In the end, Kane hopes to eliminate the chances of women everywhere from developing harmful conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and fibroids, especially for Black women.
Statistics show that the majority of Black women will develop uterine fibroids by age 25. Not to mention, there’s a laundry list of risk factors that can lead to the disease.
My Happy Flo offers a list of examples on their Instagram page, such as obesity, dairy products and meats full of hormones, birth control pills containing estrogen, and even chronic stress. However, Necole Kane believes she can change that daunting statistic with her new supplement brand.
“Our community has a unique set of needs that include Vitamin D3 and Iron deficiency but are often underserved and overlooked in the vitamin and supplement space . . . The statistics regarding Black women and fibroids are alarming and we wanted to help do something about this silent epidemic.” Clearly, Necole Kane has made it her mission to cure women of the pain and suffering they’ve endured from their menstrual cycle.
My Happy Flo contains all-natural ingredients that not only prevent major health problems from developing, but also provide our bodies with healthy nutrients.
On the website, Kane explains that the supplement is a multi-vitamin, hormone balancer and PMS reliever, all in one. Apparently, taking two pills a day can really give us a major health boost.
Furthermore, she created a brand that contains a healthy dose of natural ingredients, such as Vitamin D, Zinc and B-12, which promotes hormonal balance.
More specifically, My Happy Flo cleans up excess or leftover estrogen from our systems, which in the end can reduce period pain and heavy flows. More importantly, it stops the chance of fibroid growth or other reproductive health issues from taking root.

Fortunately, Kane’s new supplement has turned out to be a proven success. During a recent interview with AfroTech, the former xoNecole founder shared that one of her fans wrote about how My Happy Flo changed her life for the better.
“People reach out to me directly on social media. This woman just did this morning and said, ‘Girl, I’m eight months in and this has changed my life. I can not believe I have periods and don’t feel cramps anymore when I used to plan my life around my periods.’ And that to me is way more fulfilling because I know I’m impacting women in a way that we may be saving uteruses. We may be saving women from hysterectomies years down the line. It’s just so fulfilling to me,” Kane said.
Hopefully, more women and men like Necole Kane continue to change the daunting statistics surrounding Black health.
