Beyonce’s Inspiration For Ivy Park, Her New Fitness Clothing Line

Beyonce runs the world, and now she’s doing it in her own athletic clothing line. The singer announced the launch of Ivy Park, a sexy, “activewear brand for women” in partnership with Topshop owner Sir Philip Green.

The collection will be available in U.S. Nordstrom and Topshop stores (and respective websites) and includes leggings, swimwear and anything else you might imagine one would need to slay in the gym or in the park.

In a two minute promo video for Ivy Park, Beyonce shares that parks have a personal connection for her.

I would wake up in the morning, and my dad would come knocking at my door, telling me it’s time to go running. I remember wanting to stop, but I would push myself to keep going. There are things I’m still afraid of. When I have to conquer those things, I still go back to that park. Before I hit the stage, I go back to that park.
