1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper

1 cup milk
4 tablespoons Peanut Butter, Creamy
2 medium Frozen Banana
1 medium Banana
1 cup Ice Cubes

Great for: A boost of energy

1 apple thinly sliced (Fuji and Honey Crisp apples recommended)
1 fresh cinnamon stick
Ice
Cold water
Large pitcher
Method
Tip: For a bigger punch of flavor, add more apples or simply slice them thinner.
Great for: An energy boost
Ingredients
3-5 romaine lettuce leaves
1 BIG handful of baby kale
5 sprigs of parsley
½ large lemon or 1 small lemon
1 small fuji apple
1 small banana

1 cup of water
5 ice cubes
1/16 tsp of Stevia (optional)
½″ ginger (optional)
½ – 1″ cucumber cylinder (optional)
Method
Tip: Not big on certain ingredients? Use spinach in place of kale, nix the banana, or use a pear in place of the apple.
