Here’s some exciting news for our BDO family in Chicago! This Saturday, November 16, 2019, BDO will be hosting The Heatwave, a FREE fitness event in Lincoln Park at HOTWORX Chicago.
BDO & HOTWORX invite you to come get this drip with hot workouts, music, giveaways, and more! Take your workout to the next level with a unique 3D training model that uses heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help you achieve your goals.
Between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, you can try a number of HOT fitness classes, including but not limited to Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and Hot Core! Choose one or more! We’ll also have complimentary giveaways for anyone who attends!
What Is HOTWORX?
HOTWORX is located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Neighborhood. HOTWORX is a unique fitness studio that incorporates heat and infrared energy into each workout to maximize the benefits. Think of an abbreviated class held inside a mini sauna!
Worried about the heat? Don’t fret, the hot cardio classes only run for 15 minutes and the hot cardio classes range from 30-45 minutes.
What Should I Bring?
-If this is your first time at HOTWORX, you’ll need to register before taking class. You must also be
16 years of age or older to participate in the workouts. Please bring valid I.D.
-You’ll also want to stay hydrated, so bring your water bottle! There’s a water fountain if you forget.
-No need to bring your yoga mat! HOTWORX will be providing complimentary yoga mat rentals for all attendees!
-Working out is so much better with a partner! Invite your friends along!
