Eno Nsima-Obot, MD

Born in the United Kingdom, Dr Nsima-Obot was one of the top ten graduating students from University of Calabar, Nigeria in 1987. She completed her residency training in 1996 from the Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn New York and since then has maintained ongoing requirements for board certification in Internal Medicine.

She relocated to the Greater Chicago area in 1998 and practiced for a number of years with a large multi-specialty group in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

In 2005 she went into private practice as part of Harmony Health Partners, SC. Her practice philosophy is to empower her patients to by providing them with information so that they can partner better in their healthcare. She strongly believes in a team approach to the practice of medicine. More recently she began to focus more in the field of Wellness and Prevention and has also incorporated Health Coaching into her business. As a practitioner she brings to focus the power of the mind on overall wellness, and incorporates techniques such as Mind-Body Visualization, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and the Sedona Method®. She recently implemented the Integrated Lifestyle Management Lifestyle Program which focuses on providing clients with a holistic approach to their health and wellness.

She holds regular speaking events in areas of Wellness and Prevention and has also started offering ongoing Workshops.

She is enthusiastic about setting an example in creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She is an endurance runner and has completed several half marathons and also the 2008 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. She also enjoys power yoga, the practice of mindful meditation in addition to spiritual and metaphysical studies.

She lives in the southwest surburbs of Chicago with her husband, daughter and her adoring West Highland Terrier named Russell.
