Joe Jackson ‘On His Deathbed’ Days Before Anniversary Of Michael’s Death

Joe Jackson, the manager, talent scout and father to the Jackson 5 and the one and only Michael Jackson is on his deathbed and doesn’t have long to live according to his family. In addition to whatever is ailing him, its also being reported that Joe suffers from a form of dementia and has suffered several strokes in recent years.

The eerie part of history surrounding the ailing patriarch is that the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death is coming up in days as well.

The 88-year-old has been ailing for months, but took a turn for the worse in the past week. In addition to whatever ailments he has, Joe had been struck by a terminal illness and his own family fears he has just days left to live.

But as his famous family clambered to be by the bedside of the sickly father-of-eleven, Joe’s handlers are allegedly preventing family members from visiting him, including his wife Katherine and daughter Rebbie.

For four days, his sons and daughters were locked in heated discussions, unsure what was going on and pleading to see him.

It’s being reported Katherine, daughters Rebbie and Joh’Vonnie and granddaughter Yashi Brown, did visit with the patriarch in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday.

The visit came following a tense stand off during which the Jackson family struggled to gain medical information about, and access to, Joe.

Joe’s son Jermaine confirmed the odd situation when approached by DailyMail.com.

‘No one knew what was going on – we shouldn’t have to beg, plead, and argue to see our own father, especially at a time like this,’ he said. ‘We have been hurting.

‘We were not being told where he was and couldn’t get the full picture. Even from the doctor. My mother was worried sick.’

Jermaine, 63, added ‘He’s very very frail, he doesn’t have long. The family needs to be by his bedside – that’s our only intention in his final days.

Joe is a diabetic and was hospitalized in 2016 with a high fever after falling during a routine check-up,…

…according to reports.

The father-of-eleven began managing his sons Jackie, Tito and Jermaine as a musical group in the early 1960s.

Younger sons Marlon and Michael joined and they went on to become The Jackson 5, signing with Motown Records in 1969 and becoming a global sensation, with hit singles all over the world.

Jackson came under scrutiny when his children grew up and began to speak about his abusive behavior towards them while he was managing the band.

But he was awarded the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as the Best Entertainment Manager of All Time in 2002.
