What Is A Healthy Lifestyle?

A woman eating breakfast cereal

On September 16, 2012, it was my pleasure to host Gerald Padmore. Gerald recently adopted a healthy lifestyle, beating sleep apnea, seizures, and obesity.  If you have not heard Gerald’s inspiring story, it is worth a listen and the September 16th program is archived on the homepage of thiswebsite.

Gerald has kindly shared with us his daily meals through which he has found a new lease on life! Please enjoy in good health.

God Bless!

Drink water before and after each meal. During meals, sip water after every few bites. I try to drink close to a gallon a day.

Try to walk an hour a day, take stairs vs. elevators, etc. – it works. Avoid white flour, pasta, etc.
