UPDATE: 2/1/15: Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has “significantly diminished” brain function and doctors have told her family it does not look good … this according to sources connected with the family.

As we previously reported, the 21-year-old was found in her bathtub Saturday and unresponsive.  She was revived, taken to the hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma.

She is currently on a ventilator but we’re told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low.
Bobby Brown, is at her bedside.

**UPDATE 1/31/15**: We are so relieved that Bobbi was revived by paramedics, and is reportedly in stable condition at an Atlanta hospital. HollywoodLife.com was on the scene and also spoke to an eyewitness who said Bobbi’s house has been surrounding by police for hours.

A source close to Bobbi, who lives with her husband Nick Gordon, told us that Bobbi unfortunately does not have a strong support system.

“It’s a sad reality for her,” an insider tells us EXCLUSIVELY. “No one seems to be looking out for her. There have been lots of her friends coming and going and some of them quite rude. It was an issue for a while.”

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in her Roswell home Saturday morning.

Nick Gordon, Brown’s husband, and a friend located her in the bathtub and started CPR. When police arrived, life-saving measures were taken over until rescue personnel arrived.

Healthcare providers look at levels of consciousness, usually assessing a patient’s ability to follow instructions, communicate verbally, and track objects with his eyes. In medical terms, getting knocked out is aloss of consciousness. At the worst, a patient is referred to as being unresponsive, which means she doesn’t respond to any type of stimulus, including yelling, shaking or pain.

Brown was transported to North Fulton Hospital. Police remained at the house investigating the incident for several hours.

Roswell Police tell 11Alive’s Ryan Kruger, Brown is alive and breathing, however, would not go into further detail about her condition.

This incident took place just about two weeks before the three-year anniversary of her mother’s death, which happened on February 11, 2012.
