HOW TO DO

1. Position hands at shoulders width, palms facing body and contract abs. This is the starting position.

2. From hanging position, take 1 second to raise body until chin is above the bar. Pause for 1 second. Take 3 seconds to lower body to the starting position. That is one rep.
